Mission

Equinity exists to improve the quality of life of underprivileged
and at-risk youth by developing confidence, assertiveness,
communication skills, relationship skills, and responsibility
through equine-assisted psychotherapy and equine-assisted
activities. Our goal is to help children in need develop critical life
skills while educating them about horsemanship.
Serving the Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and Stafford, Virginia areas.
About Equinity

Equinity is committed to serving troubled youth and their
families by providing alternative developmental and therapy
programs that utilize the relationship that forms between
humans and animals. We address critical issues such as
behavioral issues, attention deficit disorder, substance abuse,
eating disorders, abuse issues, depression, anxiety, relationship
problems, and communication needs.

In addition to the work we do with at-risk youth, we also
provide equine-assisted activities and therapy to a range of
individuals to include parents of troubled youth and veterans.
